One of the greatest benefits of The Village at Brookwood is the peace of mind that comes from knowing your needs can always be met within the community. With private assisted living and health care accommodations provided on our campus, you have the security of knowing that if you ever need these services, they are readily available.
The Village at Brookwood offers some of the most affordable financial plans among North Carolina's Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
Our residents who choose the Life Care financial option are provided with the continuum of services at about one-third the market rates. Choosing this option can mean thousands in savings, along with protection of your estate's assets.
Our residents who choose the Fee-for-Service financial plan pay a lower entrance fee than those who choose Life Care. However, they pay for health care services at market rates if they ever need them.
Benefits of A Life Care Community
