lifestyle and desires. Every apartment features
a washer and dryer, wall-to-wall carpeting, 9-foot
ceilings, oversized modern baths, large insulated
windows, spacious closets and lots of storage space.
Each apartment also has a washer and dryer, and
a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator
with icemaker, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher,
overhead lighting, and generous storage and cabinet space.
For every resident's safety, The Village at Brookwood
has installed an Emergency Call System, located
in every residence that is connected to the central
monitor for 24-hour security and nursing assistance.
There are also fire/smoke detectors and alarms,
and sprinkler systems throughout The Village Center,
The Village Landing and Heritage Place.
All property taxes, Dwelling Insurance, interior
and exterior maintenance, weekly housekeeping,
bed and flat linens laundry service (Life Care), lawn maintenance,
and all utilities (except phone and cable) are
